You Said, We Did…’ is a communication tool to inform of the changes NEWTEC has made as a result of Learners’ comments and suggestions. (Ofsted Re-inspection Report: 20^th November 2009)

The opportunity they have to improve their computer skills.	Located banks of computers and printers in each classroom at the Mark Streetsite. Made the study zone available for learners to use at any time of day. Improved time-tabling to ensure learners are scheduled in the learning zone/computer suite. Introduced a ICT course for childminders and care workers.

The number of revision activities they are given to help them prepare for tests.	Increased the number of revision activities learners are given to help them prepare for assessments and exams.
The way the organisation promotes their courses; learners would have liked to find out about NEWTEC earlier, and before they tried other training providers.	Appointed a Sales and Marketing Manager and prepared an innovative corporate marketing strategy.
The locker facilities for storing books and files.	Installed two sets of student lockers on the first floor of the Mark Street site.
